Refund policy

We know you're all about making power moves, so let's keep this return policy short, sweet, and badass.

14-Day "Change Your Mind" Window:

You've got 14 days after receiving your item to decide if it's rebel-worthy. If it doesn't make you feel like the boss you are, we've got your back.

The Fine Print (Because Even Rebels Need Rules):

  • Your item must be in pristine condition - unworn, unused, tags intact, and in its original packaging.
  • Keep that receipt or proof of purchase handy.
  • You'll need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number - because we're organized rebels.

Starting Your Rebel Return:

Hit us up at support@rbfunited.com. We'll hook you up with a return shipping label and instructions. Don't go rogue and send items back without requesting a return first - that's not how we roll.

Ship It Back:

Damage Control:

If your item arrives looking less than fierce, give us a shout within 48 hours. We'll make it right, because that's what bosses do.

Non-Returnable Items (AKA The "You're Stuck With It" List):

  • Custom products (you designed it, you keep it)
  • Personal care goods (hygiene first, rebels)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or items over 50 lbs (safety is sexy)
  • Final-sale items and gift cards (all sales are final, just like your decision to be a boss)

Exchanges:

Want something different? Return the item you have, and once we've given the green light, make a separate purchase for the new item. Efficiency is key in the rebel world.

EU Rebels:

You've got a 14-day cooling-off period. Same rules apply - keep it in perfect condition with all the tags and packaging.

Refund Rundown:

We'll let you know once we've inspected your return. If it's all good, we'll refund your original payment method within 10 business days. If it's been longer than 15 business days since approval, give us a shout at support@rbfunited.com.

Remember, true rebels take responsibility for their choices. But when things don't work out, we've got your back. Now go out there and keep slaying, you magnificent boss!
