Subscriptions

When you sign up for a subscription, you're in for a wild ride of repeat deliveries. Here's the lowdown:

• We'll keep your payment deets locked up tighter than your secret business plans.
• You'll be charged for each delivery unless you decide to ball out and pay in advance.
• Some subscriptions might auto-renew because we know you can't get enough of our awesomeness.
• Want to cancel or switch things up? No sweat! You can do it anytime. Just check your order confirmation emails for the link to manage your subscription.

Pre-orders

Snagging a pre-order is like waiting in line for the hottest product before it hits the shelves. Here's how it works:

• We might take a partial deposit or no payment at checkout.
• We'll keep your payment method on file like it's our favorite lipstick.
• When the product's ready to rock, we'll charge the full or remaining amount.

Changed your mind on a partially paid pre-order that hasn't shipped? You can still bail. But once it's out the door, cancellation is a no-go. Don't worry though, you can still request a refund faster than you can say "boss babe."
